Free self-reflection quiz
What's your communication pattern?
Does what you say around other people reflect what you actually think, need, and want? Explore which patterns you recognise—and take one small practice into the course.
A familiar feeling
Ever left a conversation wishing you'd responded differently?
Why did I react like that?
Why did I agree when I wanted to say no?
Why didn't I say what I really meant?
If these questions feel familiar, this course offers a place to begin — not by judging your reactions, but by getting curious about them.

Who It's For
A starting point for people who want to understand themselves better
The course may suit adults who recognise themselves in any of the following:
- Overthink interactions after they've happened
- Hold back from saying what they really mean
- Find it difficult to say no, even when they want to
- Feel confident around some people but hesitant around others
You don't need to become a different person. This is about understanding yourself and giving yourself more choice in how you respond.
A Note from the Founder
Why I created this course
My desire to create this course is rooted in personal experience. For a long time, I felt confused by how I behaved around certain people. I'd leave conversations wondering why I had reacted a certain way, agreed when I wanted to say no, or struggled to say what I really meant.
That curiosity led to years of independent reading, self-reflection, and learning through experience. From growing up in a small town to university, years of travel, and a career in one of the world's leading metropolitan cities, I've encountered people from many different backgrounds.
Understanding behaviour became both a fascination and a strength — particularly in managerial roles, where recognising people's strengths, supporting their development, and understanding what motivates them were central to my work.
I kept returning to one idea: understanding yourself is the starting point for navigating your relationships with others.
This course brings together the awareness and practical starting points I wish I'd had earlier. Bring curiosity, honesty, and a little patience with yourself. Take what resonates, question what doesn't, and use it as a guide — not another standard you have to live up to.
